By accessing or using TicketForge ("the Service"), operated by TicketForge ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
TicketForge is an AI-powered support ticket management platform. The Service includes ticket ingestion from multiple channels, AI-assisted triage and categorization, a customer-facing support portal, analytics, and related tools for managing IT service operations.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights. We are not responsible for the content of Your Data.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as ticket triage, priority suggestion, and response drafting. AI outputs are provided as suggestions and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent to end users.
We may process Your Data through third-party AI providers to deliver these features. Such processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data processing agreements.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by TicketForge and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Slack, Discord, GitHub, Sentry). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketForge, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Service settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
